SEASONAL, PART-TIME POSITIONS
OPERATIONS: The Operations Team is the backbone of every event, ensuring a smooth and successful experience from start to finish. As the most hands-on department, they are responsible for setting up and breaking down festival equipment, assembling tents, and maintaining the venue’s cleanliness throughout the event. Their efforts create a visually appealing, safe, and well-organized environment for all attendees. From pre-event preparations to post-event teardown, the team works tirelessly to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
PRODUCTION: Production Team ensures vendors are well-prepared and running smoothly throughout each event. From coordinating vendor check-in, to overseeing set up and proper display of all stations in the event, to ensuring event is running smoothly and guest experience is at its highest level, the Production Team plays a crucial role in the event’s success.
MARKETING & PR: The Marketing & PR Team is essential in driving awareness and excitement for our events through a strategic mix of print, digital, TV, radio, and social media campaigns. As the go-to source for event information, they keep guests engaged and informed about upcoming festivals. With a blend of creativity and exceptional customer service, the team not only boosts attendance but also elevates the overall guest experience, ensuring each event is memorable, seamless, and engaging.
POINT OF SALE: The Sales Team oversees all retail operations, including beverage stations, the beer garden, the moon bounce station, and more. They ensure all point-of-sale locations are fully stocked, efficiently managed, and operating smoothly throughout the event. From setup coordination to handling ABC operations—such as bar sales, inventory management, and logistics—this team plays a vital role in providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
Employment Requirements:
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and pass both a criminal background check and DMV record check. This role requires the physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and the stamina to handle the demands of event production, including working up to 16-hour shifts on event days, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, as well as long hours standing and walking.. A flexible schedule is essential, as work is required on weekends.
